Privacy and cookies

What we hold, and for how long.

Short version: your name, email and what you tell us, stored so we can answer you and send the demo pass you asked for. One cookie, because the demo needs it. No ad network, no resale, no data broker. The detail is below, in the order people actually ask.

1. Who is responsible

Water2Wine Agency ("W2W", "we") runs w2wagency.com. For anything on this page, the contact is info@w2wagency.com. We are the data controller for the enquiries and demo requests that arrive through this site. Registered company details are provided on request and on every invoice.

2. Why we hold it

Three reasons, and only three:

We do not use your data to advertise to you, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not buy lists. If we ever start sending a newsletter it will be opt-in, separately, and one click to leave.

3. What we do not collect

No advertising or social pixels, no cross-site trackers, no session recording, no fingerprinting, no analytics product reading your behaviour across other sites. The only cookie this site sets is the demo pass. Your demo workspace's contents stay in your own browser: they never reach us, so we cannot see what you typed into it.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose, or ask for it in a portable format. One email to info@w2wagency.com does all of it: we reply within 30 days, usually the same week, and we do not ask you to justify the request. Deleting a demo lead or an enquiry is a single action on our side, not a ticket.

If you think we have got it wrong and we will not fix it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), though we would rather you told us first.

7. Security, plainly

The site is served over HTTPS. Demo passes are signed, not stored, and live in an HttpOnly cookie. Enquiries sit in private storage that is not readable without an admin key, and the reader is not linked from anywhere public. Access to that reader is limited to the people who answer the enquiries. If something goes wrong in a way that matters to you, we will tell you, not wait to be asked.

8. Changes

If this page changes in a way that affects what we hold or why, the date at the top changes and the change is described here rather than quietly made. Version 1, 2 November 2026: published alongside the demo gate, so the data the gate collects is described before it is collected.
