Access

Two doors. Same platform.

Buyers shouldn't have to sign up to see what they're buying, and clients' records shouldn't be sitting in anything a stranger can click into. So there are two ways in, separated by where the data lives, not by a checkbox.

Door one · open

The demo workspace

No account, no email, no card. A fictional agency's data, ten clients, live pipeline, invoices, expenses: so you can use the thing properly before deciding.

  • CRM, bookkeeping and dashboard, fully interactive
  • Sample data you can edit, delete and rebuild
  • Resets on request, and lives only in your browser
  • Never contains a real client's records
Door two · invited

Your workspace

A private instance for your business at your own address. Real customer data, real invoices, isolated per client, backed up, and never shared with another tenant.

  • Invite-only: accounts are created by us, not self-signed-up
  • Roles: owner, staff, and an accountant who can read the books but not sell
  • Sign-in link emailed to you; single sign-on available
  • Your data exports in an open format whenever you ask
Why the split is technical, not cosmetic. The demo's records are stored in your own browser and never leave it. There is no shared demo database to leak. A client workspace sits behind authentication with per-tenant separation on the server. You can't accidentally see someone else's customers, however you arrive.

Nothing to install

Both doors are the same application. Your workspace runs at an address with your name on it, and works on a phone in a van as well as on a laptop in an office.

⬡

Least access that works

Your bookkeeper gets the books, not the pipeline. A new starter gets the pipeline, not payroll. Access is a decision you make per person, and can undo in a click.

↗

Exit is designed too

If you leave, you take your contacts, invoices and expenses with you in a format that opens without us. Portability is part of the product, not a favour.

Try it first. Then we'll open your door.

Most people spend ten minutes in the demo and arrive at the call already knowing which plan they need. That's the point of leaving it open.
