Apps

Five apps in the platform. More on request.

Every plan ships with the workspace: CRM, quotes, books, the dashboard and the team page. If your trade needs an app that isn't there, we build it as a module, priced in a published band and capped at four per client.

In every plan

The platform apps

These are working, not mocked up. Every one runs on the same database, which is why an enquiry becomes a contact, a quote and an invoice without being retyped.

Add-on modules

What can be added

These are modules we can build or configure, in price order. None of them is in the demo yet, and the page says so on purpose: the first client to need one funds the build, and then it joins the catalogue for everyone after.

£900 build

Review requests

After a job is marked complete, ask for the review and show it on the site.

£600 a year added to the plan, 0.75 h/mo of support, runs on Integrated and above.

£900 build

Email marketing sync

Contacts flow to your mailing list with consent recorded, and unsubscribes flow back.

£600 a year added to the plan, 0.75 h/mo of support, runs on Integrated and above.

£1,800 build

Booking and calendar

Appointments, staff calendars, confirmations, no-shows tracked in the same record.

£1,200 a year added to the plan, 1.5 h/mo of support, runs on Integrated and above.

£1,800 build

Client portal

Clients see their own documents, invoices and job history, and nothing else.

£1,200 a year added to the plan, 1.5 h/mo of support, runs on Integrated and above.

£1,800 build

Job scheduling

Accepted quotes become jobs, assigned to people, with the status visible to the customer.

£1,200 a year added to the plan, 1.5 h/mo of support, runs on Growth and above.

£4,200 build

Stock and suppliers

Stock levels, supplier orders, and cost of goods landing in your margin.

£2,400 a year added to the plan, 3 h/mo of support, runs on Growth and above.

£4,200 build

Memberships and courses

Recurring members, gated content, enrolments, and the renewals chased for you.

£2,400 a year added to the plan, 3 h/mo of support, runs on Integrated and above.

£4,200 build

Till and takings

Daily takings into the same books, so the day's numbers aren't a second system.

£2,400 a year added to the plan, 3 h/mo of support, runs on Growth and above.

Four add-on apps per client, maximum. Not a sales device: every app is a surface that keeps costing money to support. Four active add-ons keeps the support promise honest, and you can swap one out to add another.
How it's priced

Build once. Support forever. Priced in bands.

The build fee pays for the work once, up front: the brief, the acceptance criteria, the app configured against your data, training and handover. The annual uplift pays for the support and hosting the app needs while you run it, and it appears on the same invoice as your plan.

The band is chosen on the call and written into the plan. If the scope falls between two bands, you take the larger band or drop scope. The price does not bend to fit the conversation, and the design stays templated: what grows is the function.

Four apps, not forty

Every app is a surface that keeps costing money to support: browser changes, data migrations, one more edge case. Four active add-ons per client is what keeps the support promise honest, and you can swap one out to add another.

Add-ons start on Integrated. Modules that depend on quotes, automation or VAT-ready books run on Growth.
