Pricing

Your site, your CRM and your books. One invoice.

The build is included on every plan, because every site is built on the same platform template, not assembled from scratch. That is the whole reason the price looks nothing like an agency's.

All plans billed annually. Website build included on every plan. Prices exclude VAT. Onboarding 5 to 10 working days. 12-month term. The published price is the price.

Why this is affordable

Built once, configured for you.

An agency charges £1,200 to £3,500 for a website because it starts from an empty file every time. Every W2W site is built on the same platform and configured around your business: your pages, your services, your pipeline stages, your expense categories.

That is what pays for the build being included, and why onboarding takes ten days rather than ten weeks.

What you're buying. A site that earns its keep, and the workspace behind it where your customers, quotes and invoices live. The site is public; the apps are yours.

Plans differ by what's switched on

Not by page count. Pages are free on a template, and charging for them would punish you for using your own website. What changes is how much of the business the platform runs.

Where the apps live

Public site. Private workspace.

Your customers see the website. You and your accountant see the workspace, behind your login, at your own address, with your data and nobody else's.

◎

The site

Public, fast, and built to capture. Every form, call link and booking writes into your workspace the moment it happens: no forwarding, no export.

⬡

The workspace

Your CRM and books, at your own address. Invite-only: you decide who sees the pipeline and who only sees the books. Roles, not shared passwords.

The demo

Add-on apps

When the app you need doesn't exist yet

If your trade needs something the platform doesn't do, we build it as a module: one published price, capped at four active per client, and it keeps working whether or not you stay.

Build once, support forever

You describe the job. We put it in a band, in writing, with acceptance criteria: what it does, what it does not do, and what "done" means. The build is paid once; the annual uplift pays for the support it needs while you run it.

Four is the cap, and it is not a sales device. Every app is a surface that keeps costing money, so four active add-ons per client is what keeps the support promise honest. Swap one out to add another.

The design stays templated. What grows is the function. Add-ons start on Integrated; modules that depend on quotes, automation or VAT run on Growth.

The bands

Chosen on the call and written into the plan. If scope falls between two bands, you take the larger one or drop scope.

  • Small extension £900 then £600 a year for support, 0.75 h/mo included
  • New app, configured £1,800 then £1,200 a year for support, 1.5 h/mo included
  • New module, built once £4,200 then £2,400 a year for support, 3 h/mo included

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers

If something isn't covered, ask. We answer in plain English, including when the answer is "that's not what we do".

Is this a template?

Yes, and that's the point. Every W2W site is built on the same platform, then configured around your business. You get a site that is proven and fast, in ten days, with the apps already connected. If you want a bespoke design built from nothing, House includes brand work; if you want a design that has never been used before, we're the wrong supplier and we'll say so.

Is the price negotiable?

No, and that's deliberate. The prices on this page are the prices. What the call decides is scope: which pages, which app fields, how your enquiries and categories map. If what you need doesn't fit a plan, we say so instead of quoting something different for the same page.

Where do the CRM and books live?

Behind your login, in your own workspace, not on the public site. Your accountant can be given read-only access to the books. Customers only ever see the marketing site.

Do I own my data?

Yes. Your contacts, invoices and expenses are yours. You can export them at any time and we'll hand over a full copy on exit, in a format you can open without us.

Why annual, not monthly?

Because the build is included, and it is paid for across the term. Annual pricing is what makes the website free at the point of signing, and it stops the monthly churn that makes small-business software bad.

Is this a real bookkeeping substitute?

It gives you day-to-day control of invoices, expenses, VAT and profit: the things you need weekly. It doesn't file your accounts; we make sure your accountant gets clean numbers instead of a shoebox.

Not sure which plan fits?

Tell us how enquiries reach you today and what you'd want to see at the end of the month. We'll point at the smallest plan that does the job, usually Integrated.
