Our position

Small businesses are the backbone of every economy. They shouldn't be the ones left behind.

The digital transition wasn't designed for a two-chair barbershop or a family bakery. It was designed for businesses with a marketing department. We think that's a market failure worth building against, and that affordability is a product decision, not a discount.

◎

Digital inclusion

Most "affordable" business software is affordable per seat, per module, per month, until you need it to do the thing you actually bought it for. We price the whole job in one figure so a business that has never paid for software can budget for it.

⬡

Stronger local economies

A business that captures its enquiries and knows its numbers keeps its customers, pays its suppliers on time and stays open. Money that stays in a high street is worth more than money that leaves it.

↗

Resilient communities

Resilience is unglamorous: a working record of your customers, your invoices and your costs. Businesses with that survive quiet quarters. Businesses without it discover the problem too late.

The argument

Fragmentation is a tax on small business

Three tools means three subscriptions, three sets of settings, and three places your customer's details live. The cost isn't only money. It's the hours spent retyping, the enquiries that go cold because they landed in an inbox nobody owns, and the decisions made on last quarter's numbers because the current ones are in four systems.

Consolidating the site, the customer record and the books onto one database removes that tax. Capture happens as a by-product of having a website at all. Insight happens as a by-product of having books that are current. Neither is a project you have to run.

What we won't do. We won't sell a cheap site that can't grow into the platform, and we won't hold your data hostage to a subscription. Portability is part of the product, not a favour on exit.

What we hold ourselves to

commitments

Knowable cost

One annual invoice. No per-seat surprises, no module you must buy twice.

Your data, portable

Full export at any time, in an open format, including on the day you leave.

Plain English

Invoices, proposals and support replies you don't need to decode.

We stay

We're the people who fix things, not just the people who billed you.

Who we build for

The businesses the transition forgot

Trades

Plumbers, electricians, roofers

Work arrives by phone and word of mouth. A pipeline turns that into a business you can plan around.

Shops

Barbers, bakeries, florists

Orders in DMs and WhatsApp. Capture and a simple order record stops the scramble.

Studios

Makers, jewellers, photographers

Portfolio needs to sell and the books need to be current, usually the same weekend.

Pros

Physios, accountants, solicitors

Trust is the product. A credible site plus careful record-keeping is how trust is earned.

How we'd know it's working

Measured honestly

We'd rather publish the numbers that could embarrass us than the ones that flatter us. Once we have live clients, this is the page that reports on them.

Building for the businesses that hold the high street together

If you run one of them, or you're an organisation that supports them, we'd like to talk. Partnerships, referrals and honest criticism all welcome.
